COALITION AMERICA INTRODUCES ONLINE CLAIMS TRACKING
SERVICE FOR FASTER, EASIER QUERYING OF OUTSTANDING HEALTH CARE CLAIMS
ATLANTA, Ga. - April 8, 2003
Coalition America, Inc.has launched a new service that allows its customers to research the status of pending health care claims in the health care cost containment companys networks.
Called Online Claims Tracking, the service offers a simple, streamlined process so customers can track the process of their claims from arrival to resolution. Through the companys website at www.coalitionamerica.com, customers can enter a user identification and password that enables them to research any pending claims on a secure site.
Users may search for claims using a patients name, social security number, RepriceNow claim number or billed charges. Once a specific claim has been highlighted, the system can access a claim detail screen that provides patient information, provider information, claims status and repricing information.
The system allows users to contact their account coordinators via e-mail directly from the claims detail screen. Online Claims Tracking joins Online Activity Reports, Client Implementation Guides and RepriceNow User Guides as internet-based customer services provided through Coalition Americas web site.
Coalition America users can sign up for this service, including site set up and training, by contacting either their account manager or account coordinator.
