Coalition America, Inc. (CAI) is pleased to announce the unveiling of its on-line provider inquiry system. This system offers clients a quick and efficient mechanism to notify CAI of provider inquiries/questions as well as a tool for checking the status of any provider inquiry.

"The on-line provider inquiry system will enable our clients to obtain up to date information on the status of provider inquiries at their convenience." said Tina Ellex, COO, Coalition America. "We anticipate that this system will provide useful information to our clients while also reducing the time and effort to manage the inquiry process. It also benefits CAI by offering an automated process for providing the quickest and most accurate information possible. It is our goal to encourage our clients to utilize the new system for all inquiries moving forward" said Ellex.

The on-line provider inquiry system represents another example of how CAI is working with its clients to increase efficiency, and to empower them by providing more information at their fingertips. The on-line query system can only be used for those inquiries entered through the on-line system- all other provider inquiries will be managed through the current telephonic system.
