COALITION AMERICA ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF DUANE RUSSELL,
MANAGER OF PROVIDER AND NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
ATLANTA, Ga. - April 25, 2003
Coalition America, Inc. (CAI) is pleased to announce the addition of Duane Russell as Manager of Provider and Network Development. Mr. Russells role will be to enhance CAIs relationships and contracting efforts with the PPO network and provider community. As part of his role he will also be focusing on mechanisms to increase the success of CAIs direct negotiations programs, with the expected result of additional and deeper discounts for its clients.

"His strong background in managed care and provider relations will enable us to further our PPO contracting efforts, while also continuously improving negotiations results on behalf of our customers" said Ellex.
Mr. Russell has sixteen years in the healthcare industry, ranging from director of a respiratory therapy group to directing provider contracting efforts for large carriers. Most recently he was the Assistant Director for Provider Contracting for Cigna Health Plan in Altanta. Prior to that he spent five years as the Network Manager for Aetna U.S. Healthcare of Georgia, including oversight of a seven member team responsible for provider contracting and service activities. He also worked with United HealthCare of Georgia as the Director, Physician Services.
