CAI has been in operation for 8 years and has hosted a Client Conference for the past 5 years focused on high-level strategic discussions. They are now expanding their direct client contact programs to include two users conferences.

The programs will be offered on the east coast and west coast to encourage wide range participation by their clients. Unlike the Client Conference, the Users Conferences will be focused on more tactical issues and are designed to include directors, managers, supervisors and team leaders responsible for repricing or claims adjudication functions. Additionally, marketing and sales professionals will want to attend to learn the latest services that can be offered through their relationship with CAI.
