Online Claim Tracking
Online claim tracking is offered through the Clients
Only section of this website to assist clients in tracking the
status of claims. A user can search for claims real-time by patient
name, social security number, RepriceNow claim number and/or
billed charges. Once the claim has been identified, the user will
be able to access the claim detail screen. Patient information, provider
information, claims status and repricing information can be viewed.
Online Activity Reports
Online activity reports are offered through the Clients Only section
of this website to assist clients in viewing their activity with
CAI. Real-time reports can be run by subgroups, parent company,
or all together, and users can choose their own time parameters
with all the details or just a summary.
RESULT: Detailed and useful reports when you need them.
