  • Knowledge - CAI has a corporate trainer and a rigorous training program for all new employees to insure that we can answer your questions quickly and correctly. CAI emphasizes QA standards and benchmarking for assurance of quality service. And just as important is our ability to provide key information to you to insure you are getting the greatest value from your relationship with CAI. Our team will continue to educate and provide you information and commit to deliver knowledgeable answers.
  • Personal Service - CAI offers a personalized implementation process, including onsite training and ongoing client service. Each client is assigned a team including a regional sales manager, regional account manager, and an account coordinator who are dedicated to providing dependable and reliable service with courtesy and accountability.
  • Communication - Each year CAI conducts a Client Satisfaction Survey which aids us in the development of new products and services, as well as gives us a report card on our servicing to clients. We are dedicated to HIPAA compliance and are ongoing in our education of HIPAA regulations. A few of the other programs we offer include:
    • Educational webinars (seminars hosted over the web and via an 800 number) created to assist our clients with current and future needs.
    • A bi-quarterly client newsletter, the ClienTell, to communicate key updates and information.
    • A monthly e magazine, the Healthcare Savings Chronicle, which provides objective and timely information from respected experts in the industry regarding a multitude of issues now facing our clients.

  • Team Approach - CAI assigns a designated team made up of a regional sales manager, regional account manager, and an account coordinator to each client assuring personalized service.
