Patient Referral Line (PRL)
PRL was designed to give employees access to information, hospitals, specialty facilities, and physicians in their Primary PPOs via their telephone. Plan participants dial directly into the PRL interactive voice response (IVR) system by dialing the toll-free number, entering their PIN and responding to a few simple questions. The user has the option of listening to a list of providers or having a directory of providers faxed to them. Other services include:

• Access to a live operator for assistance, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST
